Council of Masters
The Masters who are invited to teach here are Masters of Jediism, who show dedication to Jediism and the Jedi Order, and demonstrate stability and balance. This Council of Masters are responsible for the guidance of the Praxeum, and shall serve as examples to the Praxeum and it's members. They also serve as Counselors for members of the Oklahoma Temple of the Jedi.

Welcome to the Oklahoma Temple of the Jedi(The Jedi Praxeum) Church's online community. We are a congregation of Jediism, located in Central Oklahoma. We chose "The Jedi Praxeum" as our more informal name rather than calling ourselves a Jedi Order, because we found the word befitting to our practices within the greater community of Jediism as a whole.
The word Praxeum is a derivative of the old Greek word Praxes or Praxis, which is defined as the "Practical application or exercise of a branch of learning." A Praxeum is a place for the distillation of learning combined with action... Here we learn the ways of the Jedi, and how to apply the philosophies and practices of Jediism to our daily lives in a practical manner. There are many online "Jedi Orders" within the Jediism community, and a few churches of Jediism offline as well, each with their own unique focus. The Jedi Praxeum teaches and promotes what we is sometimes called "Pure Jediism", or Jediism without the need for dual religious beliefs.
I would also like to make it clear up front that we are not a roleplaying or gaming community... and while most of us are avid Star Wars fans, this is not a "fan site", nor is it an "RPG Site", but the online community for the Oklahoma Temple of the Jedi(The Jedi Praxeum) Church. We are quite serious about our beliefs in the philosophies and practices of Jediism.
The Jedi and Members of our church strive to make the world a better place... we are compassionate, and enjoy helping others.
